Checkout on the Shop page includes any applicable taxes, but does not include packing, handling, and shipping costs.
SHIPPING
Due to the variable sizes and weights of the artworks featured and available through the Shop, Nick Fyhrie Studio, Inc. works directly with the customer to broker the most economical and safe way to estimate, manage and facilitate the shipment according to each artwork. Upon confirmation of the tendered purchase(s) of the item(s) and collected information including name, phone number, email, and billing and ship to addresses, a Customer Service Representative will reach out to gather any additional necessary information to ensure a reliable estimate is offered, reviewed, and accepted by the customer to fulfill the shipment. Adding an insurance value is necessary in order to file any claims as a result of damage or loss.
Unless otherwise indicated, the artworks are not framed. Framing services can be recommended or offered at an additional cost.
RETURNS:
Returns of artworks purchased through the Shop are only allowed in the event of damage or loss of the artwork or frame of artwork as a result of the fault of the selected shipping carrier’s packing and / or transit. In this case, the customer must alert Customer Support immediately and email photos / videos of the packaging and affected artwork to: info@nickfyhriestudio.com including the date of receipt. An insurance claim can then be filed in a timely matter and a refund will be issued to the customer within 10 - 30 days from the date of notice.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The customer is entitled to ask for additional photos / videos of the artwork(s) before purchasing to ensure they are aware of the quality and condition of the artwork(s) before purchasing. Each artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity including the Title, Medium, Date and signature of the artwork.
